Matt harvested the garlic yesterday. I slept in. When I woke up it was all laid out to dry on a rack on the back patio. We got 93 heads and they are the largest we've ever grown. Finally. In previous years the taste has always been phenomenal, but the peeling of itty-bitty cloves from itty-bitty heads of garlic could get quite tedious. So, we're quite pleased.
We look forward to not buying garlic for a while. We also hope to use some of them as seed for next year's crop.
