Eggplant Photo-Op
As eggplants are known for liking it hot yesterday we decided to pick all the remaining fruit ahead of the frost that was predicted for this morning. I am so glad we grew eggplant this year and that our trial year was such a success.
We're having Chelsey over for dinner and tie-dyeing tonight. On the menu is our take on eggplant parmigiana using eggplant, onion, tomatoes, and herbs from the garden. Yay!
(Matt is basically obsessed with taking photos of him "eating" whatever it is I am trying to photograph. Its fuuny, I think. Sometimes, like in the last one, he looks almost deranged in happiness.)
