A Rock Pile - Inspiration Thursday

"A rock pile ceases to be a rock pile the moment a single man contemplates it, bearing within him the image of a cathedral." - Antoine de Saint-Exupery
All photos from Bryce Canyon National Park, October 2014.  Bryce is certainly a fairyland cathedral.  It was mesmerizing.

  1. I recall taking so many (non-digital) photographs when we were in Bryce - I just loved that place as well. It truly was like a magical place - almost seemed like a giant castle setting and that knights in shining armor could come riding around the next bend!

    1. Absolutely! At one point I did make a mental comparison to images I've seen of the Terra Cotta Army.
