Gardening and Gravy

With so many vegetables coming in from the garden we've been trying to pack them into every meal--even in unusual combinations.  Who knew zucchini would be such a good addition to country gravy?!?!  (Turns out it is good in just about everything!)  Gosh, I love biscuits and gravy....it always starts my day on the right foot.
