Miso-Ginger Sauce

I can never have too many sauce recipes.  We made this one again recently for some nice wintery roast beans and veg (purple, yellow and white potatoes, butternut squash, onion,  carrots, mushrooms, and great northern beans) over noodles and it really hit the spot--a hint of sweetness balanced by a hint of spice with those delightful overtones of miso and ginger.
Miso-Ginger Sauce
1/3 C mild miso
3 T lemon juice (or rice vinegar or a mixture of both)
1 t crushed red peppers
4 T honey
2 cloves, garlic, minced
2 t ginger, grated
1/2 C water

Whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
