Spam (Electronic, Not Canned Meat)

I feel like I jinxed myself.  Rhonda at Down to Earth had been talking about the problem of spam comments some months ago and I said I didn't really have a problem with spam.  It was true.  I'd only gotten maybe a few of them over the couple years I'd been blogging.  Well, like I said, I think I jinxed myself.  Or brought on the spamming wrath of the internet universe.  Or something.  Now I get dozens daily.  I knew I had a little spam problem and then yesterday I clicked into my spam box...turns out the problem was bigger than I thought as there were almost a thousand in there.  Crazy.

But, its not all bad.  Some where pretty darn amusing.

One of my favorites was the one where they asked me for advice on how to deal with spam.  Funny, don't you think?!

I find the spam a bit bothersome, but I really dislike those word verification things....so at least it affords me the occasional laugh.
